Detail Haus Miami provides luxury automotive, marine, motorcycle, recreational, specialty vehicle, and commercial detailing services. All services are subject to availability, asset condition, location access, and inspection approval.

We reserve the right to refuse service if conditions are deemed unsafe, unsuitable, or outside the scope of our offerings.

Complimentary Inspections & Estimates

All services begin with a complimentary inspection. Estimates provided are based on the visible condition at the time of inspection and may change if additional conditions are discovered during service. Pricing is not guaranteed until services are approved and confirmed.

Appointments & Scheduling

Appointments are scheduled based on availability, asset type, location, and service requirements. While we strive to honor all scheduled appointments, unforeseen circumstances such as weather, access limitations, or safety concerns may require

rescheduling.

Cancellations & No-Shows

We respectfully request advance notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Repeated cancellations or no-shows may result in refusal of future services at our discretion.

Payment Terms

Payment terms will be discussed and agreed upon prior to service. Payment is due upon completion of services unless otherwise agreed in writing. Accepted payment methods may vary.

Failure to remit payment may result in additional fees, service refusal, or legal action where applicable.

Clients are responsible for ensuring:

• Safe and legal access to the service location

• Removal of personal items prior to service

Detail Haus Miami is not responsible for damage related to pre-existing conditions, aftermarket modifications, or items left inside vehicles or assets.

Damage & Liability

Detail Haus Miami takes every reasonable precaution to protect your vehicle or asset. However, we are not responsible for damage caused by pre-existing conditions, fragile materials, aftermarket components, or previously compromised surfaces.

By engaging our services, you acknowledge that certain detailing procedures may reveal pre-existing defects not visible prior to service.

Marine Services Disclaimer

Marine detailing services are limited to trailered vessels only. In-water services are not provided under any circumstances.
